-------------------------------------------------------- Which political issues are you most passionate about? I am most passionate about 'student voice', a system advocated by the government and local officials in my constituency but treated with a large degree of tokenism. I feel that whilst there are countless adult committees discussing children and how we are treated and educated, it is a rare occurrence that any children are regular participants at meetings. I am also concerned about university fees, as I feel they have caused more problems than solutions. What do you feel is the biggest issue for young people in your constituency? I feel that the biggest issue for young people in my constituency is their image and how they are perceived by other people, and I feel this is echoed across London. If we can change this perception, even in just ten people - that will be an achievement in itself. What do you hope to achieve during your term of office? I hope to achieve something that will make a difference. I don’t necessarily want it to be noticed by hundreds of people or anything like that. If just one person could look back and say ‘that helped me’, that would be an achievement. What is your future career ambition? I would love to be a Lawyer someday and am determined to complete that ambition. If not, I’d probably go into politics or journalism - watch out Westminster!! Which public figure do you most admire and why? I most admire...actually I don’t know! I admire lots of people, but very few of them are in the public eye. In fact, none of them are! I think that someone has to earn your admiration. So, I think if you know someone personally, you admire them more than you would an actress or politician. If there was one message you could send to the government, what would it be?
