-------------------------------------------------------- Which political issues are you most passionate about? I advocate for political education. 95% of young people in my constituency don't know the names of the parties never mind the politics they stand for. I strongly feel young people should take a stand and be part of leading our generation; taking interest in who they vote for and how the authority governs their lives. What do you feel is the biggest issue for young people in your constituency? Our engagement always highlights youth provision/advertising of the actual provision as the key concerns with alcohol and bullying being strong seconds. These issues are consistently being tackled through the diverse groups of young people in North Tyneside. What do you hope to achieve during your term of office? I hope to get UKYP better known, hopefully be the media rep and campaign as hard as I can to let the nation know who we are and how we can help all young people. What is your future career ambition? I hope to be accepted into Cambridge or Oxford University to study Maths/Physics, with politics playing a role throughout my life. Which public figure do you most admire and why? I absolutely adore the work of Mo Mowlam. She wasn't afraid to speak her mind often without regard of the consequences. This was seen as her greatest strength by her supporters but her weakness by critics. Also her brave and unwavering battle with cancer was inspirational and I personally will carry on her name as a legend. If there was one message you could send to the government, what would it be? Innovation comes from young people, dedication comes from young people, leading our world tomorrow will come from young people.
