Which political issues are you most passionate about?

The issues I am most passionate about are teenage health issues such as teenage drinking and smoking, being safe in our environment and on a more national scale things such as gang and knife crime.

What do you feel is the biggest issue for young people in your constituency?

For me it is teenage health issues, things such as underage smoking and drinking but also teenage pregnancy. However I also agree with ‘Places to go Things to do’ being a struggle in our area.

What do you hope to achieve during your term of office?

Hopefully I can develop my teenage health panel and tackle some issues for the young people. Help to increase lighting on parks to make areas safer and increase awareness for young people in the media and create a more positive image.

What is your future career ambition?

I want to be a youth worker. I currently run my own youth group and I want to expand it across my constituency.

Which public figure do you most admire and why?

I admire Ruth Rodgers; she set up the campaign Body Gossip which is all about celebrating real beauty and being who you are not who everyone wants you to be. This is a campaign that I back as we all know the pressures from media and fame to be thin and look a certain way.

If there was one message you could send to the government, what would it be?

To listen to the young people when they make crucial decisions about us.

Additional comments:

I would like to thank everyone that voted for me and I hope to make a change with your support.
