-------------------------------------------------------- Which political issues are you most passionate about? The cost and conditions of public transport and the cost of going to University today. What do you feel is the biggest issue for young people in your constituency? The lack of places for young people to go in their free time and public transport – who hasn’t been annoyed by a bus at some point? What do you hope to achieve during your term of office? I want to raise the profile of UKYP in my area and make everyone know what we do and how we can help throughout my year. What is your future career ambition? I’d like to study law at University and then afterwards see what happens. Which public figure do you most admire and why? Unfortunately, the people I admire and look up to aren’t public figures at all! However, I do admire Stephen Fry, completely un-political I know but because he has used his great writing skills to explain and bring things like poetry and classical music to the general public, things that people typically shy away from. I am still waiting for a book on politics so more people realise you don’t need a politics degree to understand it! If there was one message you could send to the government, what would it be? Listen to young people more – in a few years, we will be the ones voting.
